WHO WE ARE
AUDICO — Expert audits and building diagnostics. We are the client's contractual partner, with a strong emphasis on professional expertise and accountability for every deliverable. We assess the technical condition of commercial, industrial and residential properties, connecting our findings with documentation, remaining service life, CAPEX, OPEX, operational risks and the client's objective.
Identifying a defect is not enough. We translate findings into real risks, priorities and costs: what the issue is, why it occurred, what it is likely to cost and by when it should be addressed. This gives clients clear answers and robust evidence for informed property decisions.
