AUDICO
ETHICS / INDEPENDENCE

Trust rests on clear principles.

Our Code of Ethics defines how we approach clients, technical findings, confidential information and decisions with investment consequences.

01Independence
02Confidentiality
03Professional responsibility
OUR COMMITMENT

The Code applies to ISEI, s.r.o., the AUDICO brand, its personnel, cooperating experts and subcontractors involved in service delivery. It forms part of our professional standard regardless of client size or engagement value.

Our role is not to confirm a predetermined outcome. AUDICO provides a truthful, appropriately evidenced and understandable picture of property condition, risk and the limitations of the review.

Principles thatguide our work.

Every conclusion must withstand professional and ethical scrutiny and remain fit for the decision it supports.

01

Integrity and truthfulness

We provide truthful, factual and complete information within the evidence available. Findings are neither minimised nor exaggerated, nor adjusted to suit any party's commercial interest.

02

Independence and conflicts of interest

Before accepting an engagement, we assess potential conflicts of interest. Actual or potential conflicts are disclosed, and work is accepted only where objectivity can be preserved through appropriate safeguards.

03

Competence and due care

We undertake only work for which we have the necessary knowledge, experience and equipment. Where another specialism is required, we involve a qualified expert or advise the client accordingly.

04

Clear scope and limitations

Before work begins, we define purpose, scope, available information, assumptions and limitations. We distinguish visual inspection, measurement, testing and professional estimate, and explicitly identify uncertainty or inaccessible areas.

05

Evidence and traceability

Conclusions are supported by documents, inspection, measurements, photographs and professional assessment. Verified facts are separated from assumptions and recommendations so the basis of each conclusion is clear.

06

Timely and clear communication

We meet agreed deadlines and advise the client of matters affecting scope, timing or conclusions. Material findings that may affect safety or the transaction are reported without undue delay.

07

Confidentiality and data protection

Confidential, personal and transaction information is protected during and after the engagement. It is shared only with authorised persons and used solely for the agreed purpose, in accordance with NDAs, data-room rules and applicable law.

08

Equal and respectful treatment

We treat clients, owners, tenants, managers, suppliers and colleagues professionally, courteously and without discrimination. During inspections, we respect building operations, personal privacy and lawful owner instructions.

09

Compliance and zero tolerance of corruption

We do not offer, seek or accept improper benefits that could influence professional judgement or decision-making. Gifts, hospitality and business relationships must not create an obligation or an appearance of influence.

10

Responsibility for cooperating experts

Subcontractors are selected for competence, authorisation and reliability. Their role is made clear, and they are required to follow the same confidentiality, safety and quality principles as our own personnel.

11

Safety and consideration

We protect people, property and building operations. Testing and interventions are proportionate to risk, and destructive opening-up is not performed without appropriate consent. Environmental risks or immediate danger are never concealed.

12

Accountability and improvement

We remain accountable for our work, review legitimate concerns and correct identified errors without undue delay. We continuously develop our knowledge, methods and technical equipment.

APPLYING THE CODE

Concerns are handledseriously and confidentially.

Every member of personnel and cooperating expert must raise conduct that may conflict with this Code. Clients and business partners may submit questions, comments or concerns directly to ISEI, s.r.o.

Concerns are assessed impartially, within a reasonable time and with appropriate confidentiality. A person who raises a legitimate concern in good faith must not suffer disadvantage for doing so.
